Sam Fine is clearly one of the best makeup artists of our time. When I saw this photo, I said now that’s a Stylish & Savvy Sistah. I love what Sam did with the makeup, the green eyeshadow & chocolate lipstick definitely complements her skin tone, and the side bang, hoop earrings and high collar completes the look.
