Have you ever woke up in a bad mood and for some reason your whole day was bad too? Well it’s happened to me many times and it’s because your day is pretty much formed by how you spend your first hour. So if you wake up angry, arguing, depressed, sad, worried or complaining thats usually a reflection of how your day will go. If you feel yourself moving in that direction in the morning…STOP what you are doing and get right back in the bed and start all over again. It might seem like an odd thing to do but remember the way you begin is usually the way you end. Just a little tip! When you open your eyes, thank God for seeing another day. It’s hard to stay angry when you focus on that fact that you are alive!
