I love eating sushi and maki rolls, so when I went to a Japanese restaurant a few weeks ago I watched them (like a hawk) make one of my California rolls. Right then and there I decided that I was going to try to make my own maki rolls again. I did try a few years ago (that lasted a hot minute) but I just couldn’t get them to look appetizing. So I found this video and it looks pretty simple, so I’m going to try it. The way I look at it, I may save a little money in the long run. Then again, I know myself, after the first roll I’ll be placing my order again.
