For some reason when my monthly visitor comes, it’s always at an awkward time of the day. I actually call my period “girlfriend”, she likes to visit for five days and she loves to bring company with her. (CRAMPS). Nevertheless, I have found that a heating pad really works wonders on my cramps especially at night, however it’s not exactly convenient for the daytime.

Be VERY careful with these. Although, I too enjoy using these during that time of the month, depending on how you place it against your abdomen (and how long you wear it) you CAN suffer burns. I used one last week for some killer cramps. While the cramps eventually subsided I went to the ladies room and found two blisters on my abdomen from where the heat wrap rested for the whole day. Not fun.
