The Benefits of Using Epsom Salt

At the end of a long day one of the best ways to relieve stress and soothe aching muscles is to take a warm bath with 2 cups of epsom salt. You can find this in the pharmacy section of most grocery stores or Walmart and it cost about $5.00 for 3 lbs. The reason epsom salt works so well is because it’s made out of Magnesium Sulfate which is a mineral that draws toxins from the body and relaxes the muscles.You can use epsom salt for more than than just to relax in a warm bath. It can be used as a face scrub, for sprained ankles, and even to get rid of splinters.
