Growing up I would always hear the phrase “blood is thicker than water.” In my family and I’m sure many of you can relate to this; we were taught no matter what you always choose your family first. We’ll over the years most of the pain that has been afflicted on me has not been by someone I didn’t know, but by those I trusted the most…my own flesh and blood.

That’s why I choose loyalty first! I don’t want someone in my life just because we are related but because we have built a relationship on a stronger foundation, and that’s something greater than your last name!
